  • How long does an installation take from start to finish?

The installation of a whole home generator will take one to two days.

  • How does a backup generator work?

When the utility power fails, a backup generator automatically turns on and restores power to your home. • What are your hours of operation?

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency services for your whole home generator needs.

  • How often should I do maintenance on my generator?

Maintenance frequency is done depending on how many hours you run the whole home generator. As a rule, the generator should be maintained at least once or twice a year.

  • What kind of fuel do your generators run off of?

A whole home generator runs on liquid propane or natural gas but there are some diesel units intended for commercial applications.
